In order to function properly, add the URL to Trusted Sites.

Internet Options is accessible from the gear icon at the top right of the browser.

 

In the Internet Options dialog, select the Security tab, select the Trusted Sites icon, then click the Sites button.

 

Add the URL in the input field and click the Add button.
Then Close/OK out and click the Refresh icon.
